Our unique monthly newsletter programme makes it easy to keep in touch with the people on your database (usually several thousand), gently reminding them about you in an unthreatening way, whilst also showing property expertise.
Here’s how it works:
- We design for you a good-looking template with your colours, fonts and logo (click for example)
- each month we research, write and compile at least three articles, and insert with images into your template, typically:
- one or two property-market news article
- one or two ‘medium-weight’ property-related article, such as tips for selling in winter or a home-related tip
- a seasonal recipe or home-tip
(This content will not be used for any other agent with an office in your postal area (eg SW1 or BS8.)
- we create blog posts on your website, to which each article links
- we insert up to three of your own articles, eg news from your office or any particularly good property sales or lets
- we test and send to your database using our email-system (if you’re an Expert Agent user, we’ll download your data for you)
What it costs:
- one-off template set-up: £150
- create each monthly edition, using the content as above: £125
- plus 1p per email address sent (eg 2000 is typical, so £20 per send).
Optional extras
- insert additional article (with content supplied by you): £25
- research, write and insert bespoke article: £50 per hour (1 hour is usually sufficient unless complex)

- your website will need a blog so we can link articles to it – please speak to your web supplier if you don’t have one already
- if you use Expert Agent, we’ll need a log-in if you want us to download your data
